Exchanges & Returns

The product may be exchanged within 7 to 10 days of delivery.

If the customer receives the wrong products (incomplete sets or the improper style), the wrong sizes (a size different from what was bought), or damaged products, returns and replacements are free of charge. Order processing fees will be subtracted from the payment for all other returns. Yes Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for equivalent or different items of any design and size. There can be a maximum of 3 swap attempts.

Due to hygienic concerns, sports bras cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a smaller size is required, modifications can be made.

Please package the items you wish to return securely and mail them to the address listed on the invoice for the shipment you received. Please clearly label the container shop-ally London Return."

  • We do not accept returns for opened, worn, or sale items.
  • After delivery, we are not liable for any damage.
  • Please give your request 1-3 weeks to be processed after you return your package.
  • Once your return is finished, you will be contacted.
  • Based on the received order, size XS, 2XL, and 6XL are customised. They are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • We do not provide refunds. If you decide to return something and our staff accepts it, we'll give you shop credit. On our website, you may always buy any item.
  • Within 24 hours, all claims for shortages or damages must be made by email.

Shipping Policy

We employ the best courier network to ensure that your order arrives on time and in good condition. Depending on the state or territory where the products need to be delivered, it typically takes 4 to 7 working days to arrive at your door. The local octroi or entry tax must be paid to the courier by you, the customer. We do not accept cheques. Please note that the policy is subject to change anytime.

If you change your mind about your order, please email us at support@shop-ally.in within 8 hours of placing your order or before it is shipped, whichever comes first. Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please be aware that we occasionally have to refuse or cancel an order. Limitations on the number of items that can be ordered, inconsistencies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues discovered by our credit and fraud prevention department are a few instances that could lead to the cancellation of your order. Before approving any order, we may need other details. For any reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel at our sole discretion.

The relevant order's total or partial permitted amount may be charged to your card at shop-ally active's discretion.

Although we strive to never run out of stock and cause inconvenience, in the unlikely event that we do, we will contact you to discuss how you would want the order to be handled. Ordinarily, we only take orders that we can complete right away.
