SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Each order can only be delivered to one address. When sending purchases to more than one destination, please place a separate order for each destination.
It's easy to return stuff. Should you not like it, you can return it within 15 days. You will be refunded when we pick up the item from the delivery address. On discounted products, collective credit points will be used for refunds.

If you need to remember your password, please follow the instructions on the SIGN IN page. We cannot email your old password due to security concerns.
PLACING ON ORDER
A confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you by shop-ally once your order has been successful. The mail will have all the details of your order in it.
Log into your shop-ally account and visit the My Orders section to check the status of your order.
Your airway bill number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your delivery after logging in and selecting My Account.
